Please read the below terms and conditions carefully.

MEA BOUTIQUE does not offer cash refunds or cover costs of return postage on items exchanged. However, we will happily provide a store credit for returns (valid for 6 months) or you can exchange your purchase for another item within 14 days of purchase. If you have any queries or questions regarding our returns policy, please feel free to email us at info@meaboutique.com.au and we will get back to you shorty.

For any returns, please get in touch with us via email within 7 days of receiving your item. Returns must be in the exact same condition as they were received, including careful packaging. All garments must have the original swing tag still attached in order to be returned. You can more than welcome to try on the goods but please ensure tags don’t get ripped off and garment is unworn. MEA BOUTIQUE reserves the right to send the item back to you with no exchange or credit if the item has been worn or damaged.

Promotional and Sale Item Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, credits or refunds on sale items or items sold on a discount promotion.

Faulty Goods

Each item has been carefully hand picked, checked and packaged by the team at MEA BOUTQUE. If on receipt you find your goods to have a manufacturing fault within 7 days of purchase, we will do our best to replace the item for you. If unavailable we will happily provide you a full refund or exchange. The goods will only be accepted if a receipt of purchase is sent with the items. We accept credit card statements as a form of receipt. 

Once your item has been inspected and we too deem it to be faulty, we will provide you a full refund to the card you utilised for the initial payment. If you paid the $10 shipping cost when you ordered your item, this will be included in your refund. We do not, however, cover the cost of the return postage.

Please take care to read and follow the washing instructions on your garment. MEA BOUTIQUE cannot accept returns for items that have not been cared for correctly as per manufacturers instructions.

Change of Mind Returns

If you receive your item and decide it’s not for you, no problem! Please contact us within 14 days and we will give you a store credit note to the same value of the garment you purchased as long as the item has NOT been worn or washed and all the swing tags are still attached. The credit note will be issued online once the item is returned and received by us. We will send you a personalized code to use at checkout during your next purchase. This credit note is only available once. Thus, you must use the full sum of the credit note in one transaction. All credit notes are only valid for 6 months and after this time cannot be redeemed.

Change of Size Returns

If you find your item does not fit you or the size is incorrect, please contact us within 3 days from when you received it and we will gladly send you another size once the item has been returned to us. If we unfortunately do not have your garment in stock, we can exchange it for another item or issue you a store credit note for the cost of the garment only. Any shipping costs (initial shipping or returning) are not included in this credit note and are at the expense of the customer.

MEA BOUTIQUE does not cover any postage costs for exchanges.

Stock Availability

In the event that we cannot fulfill your item due to a discrepancy in our stock we will contact you via email  to advise and provide you with a full refund to the card you utilised for the initial payment
